Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to determine whether there is an mediator role of the Organizational Learning (OL) variable in the relationship between Organizational Culture (OC) and Organizational Innovativeness (OI) variables. The data used in this study were collected with three scales applied to 600 staff at a university hospital and the analysis of the established model was tested with hierarchical regression model. As a result of the study; It has been concluded that OL variable has a partial mediation role between the OC and the OI variables. As a result of the Sobel test related to the relationships between variables with partial mediation effect; It was confirmed that there was a significant relationship between OC and OI variables and partial mediation effect of OL variable between these variables.
