Summary/Abstract: The article presents the architecture and functionality a multi-agent Cognitive Integrated Management Information System (CIMIS). The purpose of the system is supporting the management processes related with different areas of enterprise’s functioning. In the first part of the paper a cognitive agent’s architecture using in system developing has been shortly characterized. The architecture of CIMIS is presented in the next part of article. The final part of article present the discussion about the selected agent’s functionality.
