Summary/Abstract: The article is part of the discussion of the complexity and unreliability of managerial decisions concerning taking (or resigning from) organizational change (of the management system). Analysis of the process of preparing such a decision was preceded by constructing its graphical model (scheme). In the final part of the text the author identifies the critical points of analysed part of the decision-making process, posing threats to its rationality.
