Summary/Abstract: The term of organizational culture is difficult to define. While its study we have to deal with the variety of paradigms. Therefore it is not surprising that the reflection on the research methodology which would be the most accurate is appearing in the work. In the study of organizational culture there are usually proposed new methods that are often adopted from other disciplines, and even particular scientific fields, e.g. psychology, anthropology, or sociology. The purpose of the article is to prove that the method, which allows to conduct detailed study on the organizational culture is a case study. It attains not only artifacts and values, but also allows to extrapolate to the deeper layers of the organizational culture that are the basic cultural assumptions. The work considers that using triangulation (diversity) of research tools helps in achieving better analysis of the organizational culture.
