Summary/Abstract: The article is a third part of a review of the ADR-accredited entities in Poland (and procedures they offer), listed with accordance with Art 20 (2) of the Directive 2013/11/ EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes, by the competent authority, The President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). There are currently nine ADR entities in the register maintained by President of the UOKiK, six public and three private ones. The public entities with sectoral competence are: President of the Office of Electronic Communications, Financial Ombudsman, Rail Passenger Ombudsman under the President of the Offi ce of Rail Transport, Arbitration Court at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, Negotiations Coordinator with the President of the Energy Regulatory Office. Trade Inspection, a public entity with horizontal dimension, covers disputes for which a relevant sectoral ADR has not been established. The private entities, as at 1 March 2018, are: Polish Bank Association – Banking Ombudsman Scheme, Chamber of Digital Economy and “Friendly Flying” Air Passenger Watchdog
