Summary/Abstract: The scientific interest in the report focuses on the issue of quality service in tourism, as one of the topical issues for the development of tourism industry. With the development of market economy and emergence of high-earning sections of the population, the interest in improving the quality of tourism products and services is provoked. In addition, tourism plays an important role in shaping gross domestic product, securing employment for the population and activating the external trade balance. It has a huge impact on the development of various key sectors of the economy and is one of the most profitable businesses in the world. Therefore, it is more than necessary for the tourist industry to develop at an accelerated pace. In this sense, the problem of the quality of tourism services is one of the most current issues in the developments of this sector of the economy. On the international tourism market, quality of service and product is the strongest weapon in the competitive battle. Tourists, who are satisfied with the level of service and the quality of the offered product, become its most active promoters. They visit these places regularly and by creating high reputation for them, contribute to the increase the tourist flow. Consequently, the quality of the products and services offered is a key factor in increasing the economic efficiency of tourism. In order to solve this difficult task, this scientific communication lays out prescriptions, which would greatly facilitate the process of interaction between employees and customers in the field of tourist services.
