Information systems of enterprises in the management of intellectual resources

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to consider the role and significance of information systems of enterprises directly in the management of intellectual resources. The methodology of the research is based on the use of analytical method, system-structural, which will allow to analyze and research information systems as a structural component of the overall management infrastructure; a comparative method for mapping different types of information systems. The scientific novelty of the work is to actualize the role of information systems in the management of intellectual resources. Conclusions. Intellectual resources are a condition and basis for enterprise development. However, in themselves, intellectual resources are not productive until they are involved in the production process using information systems. In order to increase the intellectual resources of business entities, it is necessary to develop a comprehensive program of measures aimed at the development of intellectual resources and the creation of prerequisites for their effective use.
