Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the issue of dealing with the administrative offense in the so-called abbreviated procedure by an on-site order that replaced the block proceedings in connection with the reform of administrative punishment in the Czech Republic in 2017. There is detailed and often in the comparison with the previous adjustment analyzed the on-site order proceedings, mainly focusing on the problematic or unclear aspects of the new legislation, including the proposed solutions, respectively conclusions applicable to the practice of the administrative authorities or courts.
