Summary/Abstract: Employee work discipline derives from the obligation to comply with a system of rules related toconduct work in connection with an individual employment contract.Employer employee relationship ofsubordination enforce labor discipline, the legal framework establishing both preventive means and theincentive and the possibility of applying sanctions for violating these obligations.The article presents the legality of disciplinary sanctions for breach of work discipline, namelynon-compliance by employees of the provisions regarding the duties found in the rule of law, internalregulations, collective agreements or individual work. It shows how the individualization of disciplinarysanction, motivating employer and the procedural approach used in order to annul the sanction imposed.
