Summary/Abstract: Labour jurisdiction is to apply the procedures established by law by competent organs ofjurisdiction to settle disputes by labor law. Object of labor jurisdiction is related to the resolution ofconflicts between employees and employers on the establishment, execution or termination ofemployment.In this respect labor jurisdiction, as a special procedure applicable to such relationships,fulfills a role of protecting the rights and interests of employees.We envisage confict resolution of individual employment resulting from the occurrence of damage causedby failure in the individual employment contract provided, with reference to the provisions of thecollective labor agreement and the applicable rules of labor law in question
