Summary/Abstract: A reality that remains one of the major challenges of educational systems is linked to the revolution engendered by digital technology: the technology of the tool and the control of the Internet. Studies (Credoc, 2015, 2017, Harris Interactive, 2017) showed that young people from primary school age use digital tools on an everyday basis. The openness to information on the Internet pushes education in a universal framework that exceeds the one of school but must be taken into account. In addition to the issue of technological knowledge in a context where it is constantly evolving, it is the question which faces the educational systems is the one to access information and knowledge, at school and out of school. This is an issue that we have tried to put into perspective in the light of recent studies and which refers at every moment to the question of teacher training. Who forms the man who trains man?
