ARCHIVAL INFORMATION RETRIEVAL SYSTEMS : WAYS TO OPTIMIZE THE SEARCH FOR THE TEXT INFORMATION

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to determine the main ways of effective operation of the archival information and retrieval system. The methodology of the research uses the toolkit of the method of modeling: statement of the problem, creation, and study of the model. The application of the principles of integrity, hierarchy, and structuring allowed us to consider the archival information retrieval system as an integral structure. Scientific novelty of the work consists in the creation of the basic algorithm of work with the client request in the archival information retrieval system. Conclusions. The proposed algorithm for processing a custom query in the archive information retrieval systems avoids duplication of the question and provides quality processing information by the administrators of the search engine.
