Summary/Abstract: This landscape archaeological paper would like to summarize the main results of the cadastral field works and condition survey of the mounds (kurgans) in the Tiszazug and Körösszög regions. It presents the research history, and also demonstrates the other research possibilities (toponymy, folklore, landscape history, landscape ecology).
