Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the possibility of using genetic algorithms to predict the state of urban space. The potential crisis center is being built not only on the basis of the items in a given area, but also takes into account the neighborhood and the possibility of its impact. This study make it possible to identify major trends and processes in the transformation of the urban fabric in relation to the risks. Analysis of the relationships and dependencies between different areas of potential risk with the use of genetic algorithms can predict the potential impact of individual urban areas between them. This gives you the opportunity to create a dynamic system threats.
