Summary/Abstract: Today the main model in the system of education is a person-oriented. Our state and society has difficult assignment to improve the system, methodology, substance and methods of education, preparation of the teachers. Modern realities demand of the teacher the new approach to forming the person of the future. Our society needs the new model of teacher with creative approach to the pedagogical activity.
