Summary/Abstract: In our country and other international markets, the economic effects of banks are extremely important. The policies and attitudes followed by the banks in the face of all the positive and negative financial situations in the domestic and foreign markets show the financial strength of that country. For this reason, it is the system created by the control centers initiated in the USA to measure the performance of banks and to analyze their general situation to perform the performance and condition analysis of commercial banks.
