EFFECT OF MOBBING ON MENTAL HEALTH IN THE WORKPLACE

Summary/Abstract: Nowadays mobbing sendrome is spreading progressively in our work life. In this work, the negative effect of mobbing behavior observed in human relations implying the theoretical importance of the psychological health of the people in work life. By classifying “mobbing behavior models, based on literature the aspect of psychological, emotional, social and occupational side, the probable effect to overcome the mobbing behavior by taking the advantage of psycological counselling and gaining some skills in conserving the psycological health was exemined.
