Summary/Abstract: Crisis of Education system is considered as a component global Civilization crisis. The chronology of system crises contacts variation of paradigms of rationality. The author sees a phenomenon of the person of the future in harmonious unity of rational and irrational components of thinking the person. Supposed, that elimination of the spiritual reasons for crisis will lead to qualitatively new organization of the person and mankind. Spiritual evolution of mankind in secular and religious understanding spirituality is analyzed.
