Summary/Abstract: The goal of this paper is to present the epic character of Bolen Dojcin [Ailing Doichin] as part of the hubris concept. The essence of this concept lies in the need to understand human limitations and the need to adapt to the boundaries set by the Gods. On the other hand, it is to understand the ethics of the heroic attitude which promotes the idea that it is only the heroic life that is worthy of existence.
