Summary/Abstract: In this article, the author discusses the non-Imamî Muslims that mentioned in Imamî literature, especially in the Imâmî legal texts. According to the author, non-Imâmî communities are described with some concepts like Nasibi and ahl- al-khilaf in Imâmî fıqh. From the İmami point of view, the worst among them is Nasiba. Besides, Nasiba are defined as “people who reject the Notion of ‘Ali’s superiority to Abu Bakr and ‘Umar”; “deny his right to be the successor of the Prophet”; “who hate ‘Ali or the entire ahl al-bayt, or all Imami Shiis”. The dispute on the position of ahl khilaf and Nasiba were examined under titles such as ritual ablution, prayer, burial rites, alms-tax and so on.
