Summary/Abstract: Though extirordinary affluence of the scientific sources regarding Muslim societial history there are lots of periods and regions need to study. In The Nineteenth century Car-Balakan and its environment (Northwestern Azerbaijan and Eastern Dagestan regions) had witnessed a period which is affluence with literary productions as low, language and tasawwuf (inwardness of Islam). Essentially , this period which consolidated systematically with the madrasah tradition enlightment movement that bequeathed to the region certain traditions belong to it specially.
