Summary/Abstract: The article examines the basics in the development of the Bulgarian construction law after the adoption of the Tarnovo Constitution. The constitutional basis of the matter is being explored, as well as the special laws in the construction. The mechanism and the development that the public relations have undergone is being monitored.
