Summary/Abstract: The article presents the results of analysis of purchase-sale transactions concluded in the years 2007–20015 within the administrative boundaries of Uniejów. The aim of this study is to identify the types of real property being the object of purchase-sale transactions, including their locations, and to highlight the general situation on the real estate market in the analysed area.
