Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this research is to show that imece culture can be used in tourism through an example. In the study that qualitative research design was used, typical case sampling method was used and the use of imece culture which is still keep to alive in the Kurşunlu village of Bilecik province and is an intangible cultural heritage element, in tourism has been chosen as a typical case. In the Kurşunlu village, selected as the study area, semi-structured interview technique was used and face-to-face interviews were conducted with 11 people who were engaged in hospitality by imece method. In the preparation of the interview questions, the requirements related to the imece in the literature were taken into consideration and 10 openended questions were determined. The interviews were conducted between 10-12 May 2019. The collected data as a result of the interviews were analyzed with descriptive analysis technique and presented as subtitles. As a result of the findings, it is concluded that imece culture has an important place in the life of the village people and imece culture which is a part of the cultural heritage, is included in every step of the hospitality and accommodation works performed in the village. Also, it is among the other important results of the study that the role of women in rural areas has been changed by providing household income thanks to the tourism activities carried out by imece method, and the guests have also participated in the works done by imece method and the guests remembered or learned such a culture which is almost forgotten thanks to the tourism.
