Summary/Abstract: Purpose – The aim of this study is reveal the relationship between power sources and organizational cynicism dimensions of public institution organizations and private sector companies operating in Turkish Defense Industry. Design/Methodology/approach – A quantitative approach is carried out and a survey is used for data collection. The sample of the study consisted of defence industry employees. Nonparametric statistical methods were used in the study. The relationships between two independent variables were interpreted with Spearman’s Rho correlation coefficient.
