Summary/Abstract: Objective – The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of servant leadership on employee creativity and organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, the role of trust in the leader in the current relations was investigated. Method – Data were collected from 378 selected employees from the textile company operating in Bishkek city of Kyrgyzstan by using a randomized sampling method and an appropriate questionnaire which was tested for validity and reliability for the purpose of the study. The collected data were analyzed by appropriate methods. Findings – The findings of the study support the hypotheses established and it has been found that servant leadership positively affects employee creativity and organizational citizenship behaviors, and trust in the leader has a regulatory role in these relationships.
