Summary/Abstract: Purpose – The aim of this study is to investigate to what extent the supports provided by TURQUALITY® Program which is implemented by Ministry of Trade meets the needs of exporters in international markets and analyze their contributions to the internationalization process of enterprises. Desing/methodology/approach – In order to investigate the contribution of the TURQUALITY® Project on firms’ internationalization process, data were collected through in-depth interviews with 7 enterprises from different sectors within the scope of the TURQUALITY® Project and data analysis of the study is conducted through descriptive analysis method. Findings – As a result of the data analysis, it is demonstrated that support programs within the scope of TURQUALITY® Project has a significant contribution on internationalization process of enterprises by means of conducting international marketing activities efficiently; however there is a need of some changes in practice on the implementation of support process.
