Summary/Abstract: Due to the legislative instability in this field, the contract of publicprivate partnership benefits from a relatively new regulation in the matter. This paper aims at a brief analysis of the relevant legal provisions in the field, focusing on several aspects related to: the concept of contract of public-private partnership, the object of such contract, the contracting parties and the cases of contract suspension.
