Summary/Abstract: The King’s body and the Constitution are different and same moments where the Asvamedha finds its power’s rules. This condition is described by Girard’s theory of violence too: we understand that the Constitution breck is a ritual sacrifice and in this sacrifice the contemporary politics becomes a new power without constitutional limits, without people and without State. The matter of Asvamedha is legal order yet and again the salvation of State in a world where politics is often only war and sacrifice of human genre.
