Summary/Abstract: The Roman urban centres from Apulum are known for discoveries of workshops and diverse instruments used at making ceramics (kilns, moulds for terra sigillata, stamps). Besides production of common usage ceramics, these accessories also emphasize making of luxury ceramics (terra sigillata, glazed ceramics) within workshops. Analysis of some materials from the old collections of the National Museum of Unification and from more recent researches identified two supports for firing ceramics, lesser known technological elements following discoveries from Dacia. Pieces are made of ceramics, have cylindrical shape and a central, transversal perforation. These accessories are further evidence on the craft of processing ceramics at Apulum.
