Use of Paravaulting within Therapeutic Riding

Summary/Abstract: Paravaulting or acrobatics on the horseback is one of many rehabilitation methods based on therapeutic riding and is a sports event for people with disabilities. Paravaulting is basically identical to the vaulting but is tailored to individuals with disabilities. The aim was to design a regular motor preparation for training paravaulting which has not been written till present. Gymnastic exercises were included in the training unit of paravaulting. Workouts are designed to improve orientation, balance and overall agility.
