Summary/Abstract: Fashion and art concepts are often used together. The fashion phenomenon emerged from the second half of the 19th century to the day-to-day fashion and artistic interaction, which was the subject of many researchers and researchers. Dress has been prepared according to the principles and methods of design and has begun to relate to art from the turn of a design. This has caused the wearer to be involved in art and be influenced by artistic trends. The purpose of this research; surrealism, one of the artistic trends, is to try to explain with examples the effects of the art movement from the beginning of 1920s until the day when the effects of the art movement began to be seen.
