Summary/Abstract: What are the new possibilities for a national public radio in the digital era? Almost every local and national radio station inRomania is broadcasting also online, hoping for more and younger listeners. The case study refers especially to the situation ofregional public radio stations designated to the Hungarian minority of Romania. Is there a solution for reaching the audience ifthe listeners do not have neither an internet connection nor a digital radio reciever?
