CHANGES OF THE FACTORS AFFECTING THE QUALITY OF LIFE

Summary/Abstract: The publication presents the results of questionnaire survey based on the Calvert-Henderson model. The questionnaire survey was conducted in 2017 and repeated in 2019 when it was enriched by the interviewer with an oral interview with respondent. The results of the survey and interview were presented in quantitative terms and supplemented with a description based on the respondents' statements.The purpose of this paper is an analyzing the quality of life assess by people who have a job.The diverse approaches to values, that affect the quality of life, depending on the age of the respondents, have special significance. Whereas the quality of life factors, which in the 2017 year were assessed as necessary for improvement, are - except the employment - further assessed as requiring change.
