Summary/Abstract: The issue of leadership is bothering many modern researchers from various scientific disciplines, including those who are interested in the security problem. Currently, three basic leadership models are distinguished in the group: autocratic, democratic and permissive. Ways of managing others have been described in the literature and are clearly defined. Although they have been given different names, they all share a common feature: they oscillate between two poles, namely autocracy and democratism.
