Summary/Abstract: The implementation of dual education presupposes the conclusion of a labour contract under Art. 230, para. 1 of the Labour Code. It is the execution of this labour contract that ensures the existence of the compulsory element of the dual education system known as practical training in a real working environment. However, for the conducting of this training, the legal framework establishes a number of requirements to be met. The purpose of this study is to research and analyse each of these specific requirements, focusing on the ones for acquiring the qualities of an employee and an employer under the labour contract for learning at work.
