Summary/Abstract: The authors proposed the content and consistency of the stages of the formation of the corporate social responsibility mechanism in the enterprise management system; in particular, the company's corporate social responsibility tools (internal and external) are determined, depending on the orientation towards the different groups of stakeholders. The form of implementation of corporate social responsibility tools in the enterprise management system and their application at the levels of management is developed, which allows determining the levels and sequence of both implementation and use of tools of social responsibility. Specific organizational and value-creating mechanisms are identified which should be used to integrate corporate social responsibility into enterprise strategy. Possible main disadvantages of integrating corporate social responsibility into the management system, documents and processes of the enterprise are outlined.
