Summary/Abstract: The article looks into some argumentative issues in somewhat “frozen” theory of juridical facts in civil law; standpoints expressed by academia concerning the nature and understanding of juridical facts are reviewed, and the system of juridical facts in cvil law examined.The author emphasizes the role and the place of juridical facts in the legal regulation mechanism, classification of the juridical facts is given based on various grounds, individual types of juridical facts in civil law are selected and analyzed and differences between them are established.Tha article is the second part of a continued paper “Formation and development of the theory of juridical facts in civil law: a multimethodology approach”; part one of the paper published in Baltic Journal of Law, 2018, vol. 4 (51), pp. 32-44.
