Summary/Abstract: Working and debating on democratic processes and its actors, on mass-media and its influence on the citizens’ electoral choices, and on the continuous political transformations generated by populism all over the world, is a very interesting challenge and also a research activity which can bring new perspectives and knowledge. Starting from these arguments, I have chosen to participate at the Summer School on Democracy: Media, Information Literacy and Populism which was organized by the Institute of Political Science within the Faculty of Social Sciences, from the University of Wroclaw. This institute is centered on the research of contemporary political theories and practices, good governance, political communication, relationships between media and social structures. Particularly, they are focused on the investigation of European regimes using various methodologies and paradigms.
