Summary/Abstract: The article presents the results of research conducted among entities actively involved in professional real estate management in Poland. The aim of the conducted research was to characterise the market of property management services in Poland after deregulation changes that have been in force since 2014. The authors present partial research results in it, focusing on the organisation of real estate management entities, the type of services they provide and the resources they manage.
