Summary/Abstract: This paper has three main parts. The first part, entitled Influences on Legal Culture on Legal Corps, tries to determine the influence of legal culture as a „macro-“ and „micro“-environment for the formation of a distinctive scientific discipline, such as sociology of law. In this section we provide a framework for recognition of legal culture, that allows the functioning of the legal and social order and provide form and substance of legal trends and relationships. The second part: Sociology of law and legal culture in Yugoslavia, attempts to show how the existing legal circumstances of multiculturalism on the Yugoslav territory were а supportive factor for the development of legal sociology.
