Summary/Abstract: The first part of this paper, published in the preceeding number of the review', dealt with the changes in traditional statistics leading to the so called social trend statistics as well as to application of statistics in a number of new fields-in particular in culture. It also discussed the new methods for the analysis of social dynamics, such as social development indicators. The particular subject of this part of the study are cultural development indicators.
