Summary/Abstract: The presidential system implemented in many countries of the world was implemented in Turkey by holding a referendum and the parliamentary system was terminated.Although the system has been implemented, it has not lost its status as the most discussed topic in the political plan today and political power has been discussed on every ground.Within the framework of the discussions, the opposition's political and economic congestion in the country is the result of the presidential system implemented in Turkey, the presidential system that is shown as a one-man regime should change again the thesis emerged discarded. Like Turkey, where the presidential system of our country is preferred by taking into account the security and geopolitical realities, large and important breakthroughs can only be possible with a strong will and system, but on the other hand, this system is a system that challenges power. Considering the fact that it will not be easy to stay in power with this system in countries, the transition to the presidential system has been a necessity in our country which is experiencing security problems. It is important that the presidential system, which is passed with a thought away from political concerns by putting the future of the country and nation in the foreground, can be determined and the system becomes more functional.
