Summary/Abstract: Forbes magazine defines leadership as "the ability to influence a group towards the achievement of goals". After the collapse of Nazi Germany and 7 weeks before the atom bomb attack to Hiroshima, representatives of 50 countries have signed the UN law in San Francisco (Henderson 1983). When UN law was signed on 26 June 1945 after the long and suffering II World War, almost in everywhere, most of the people had the confidence that a solution for the protection of the peace was found. In spite of this, after a short time like 4 years, just after the 26 June 1945, some European countries, found themselves facing with a danger that requires a more concrete protection ability that the EU supplied. Anyhow, to the member countries, this law has given the right to protect themselves separately or together against an attack. Just like in the past, American countries, United States of America and Canada, in order to get the necessary defense ability started formation of a defense alliance to provide global leadership and security together with the European countries. These efforts have formed the Atlantic Alliance (NATO) on 4 April 1949 which constituted a global leadership to achieve joint goals.
