Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to increase the phonological awareness skills of a 2nd grade primary school student, even though he doesn't have any mental, hearing or sight related problems. Towards this goal, the related literature was researched and a cognitive framework was created. For this student; it was aimed to earn him letter syllable, and word reading skills; tutorial sessions were made using peer teaching and interaction based drama method. Before the study, chosen subject was having problems with reading letters, syllables and words, and couldn't vocalise the vowels according to their images. To earn the student reading skills and improve his fluent reading; the studies those necessitate getting organized using visual, auditory, tactileskills, innervoice, simultenaous skills with sequent process skills, were benefitted from. The study took 28 hours and done in week days and weekends. By the end of the study, it was observed that improvement of letter, syllable and word reading skills of the student were succeeded significantly and that the student could read correctly. The student, correctly read 92 words from the word comprehension level and percentage determination table, which showed that the student reached 95+ percent education level.
