KVAZI-PARTICIPATIVNO POSMATRANJE U MEĐU-KULTURNIM ISTRAŽIVANJIMA
QUASI-PARTICIPANT OBSERVATION IN CROSS-CULTURAL RESEARCH

Summary/Abstract: On the basis of profesor Kolaja’s experience in Polish and Yugoslav factory the author examines some theoretical consequences of the relationship between an observer and observed in special observing situation. Observer's role is situated on the continuum: neutrality — stimulation — action. He is neither pure observer nor active participant: that is the meaning of the title: "Quasi-participant Observation”.
