Summary/Abstract: This paper focuses on situations where one is troubled by the "life itself". To navigate through the state system of social and health politics in town on a Bosnian border meant having personal connections as much as following prescribed steps within the institution. To understand the biological aspect of citizenship in this context, you need to have a knowledge of the social position of the locals.
