Summary/Abstract: The author is introducing the issue the possibility of operating by commune council companies in the insurance agency. With object paper above all presenting the legal status being in force, positions of the judicature and the interpretation are basic in this range of regulation from the point of seeing the assessment of the admissibility of the economic activity of communes in the sector of the social insurance in order to establish what principles this activity can be led on.
