Summary/Abstract: Political mobilization consists of actions and their legitimizations based on an activist and legitimizing foundation. The activist basis stems from the basic structure of the political system which consists of principals of political organizing and action. The legitimization has its roots in core political values and ideas which serve to legitimize the political system. In this paper I will analyze the activist basis of the political mobilization of the Serbian opposition in 1990.
