PHYSICAL EDUCATION FOR THE MAN OF THE YEAR 2000

Summary/Abstract: The author points out that the self management, socialist society’s development in Yugoslavia should also involve certain thorough changes in physical education. A modern concept of physical education understands the young gerenration s’ capability to engage thenselves in physical exercise throughout the entire life. This assumes change in the structuring of physical education, as well as the application of corresponding content, forms and method of work. In the author’s opinion special attention should be paid to self control in physical exercise.
